does not print address

Hi Tiganho.

Could you please clarify the issue of “Does not print address”? We would like to understand the issue fully and address it if the issue is causing you problems.

Disappointed you left a 1 start review without submitting a support request so we could review you issue. Or a feature request.

Please note, under the General Tab, you can add your own custom Footer and Headers. In these blank fields you can add an address, if you want to provide that for the print templates for your orders.

Hopefully understanding the ability to add Custom Footer and Headers you’d reconsider leaving a 1 star review.

We tagged it as a modlock due to the fact we believe this was a spam based a troll review to affect our review rating with 1 star. The review is based upon the feedback of functionality that exist in the Plugin. Plus the account was created the same day the review was left, user has left no other reviews on the directory and left 1 star for functionality that exist in the plugin. We would like this review reviewed and potentially marked as spam.

That’s quite a leap you’ve made there and here’s the worst part: you’ve just publicly insulted one of your users.

There isn’t anything here to support your accusation. Also you really need to stop worrying about reviews here. You could lose all of your reviews for cause and that would be fine. It’s happened before.

Next time just consider replying well. A good answer from you is better than any 1 star review.

It’s one review. Your plugins don’t have anything near the traffic for you to cast that accusation. I know that because I looked at all of your plugin’s reviews, all of your plugin’s support forums and every topic you have replied to.

There’s nothing to support your name calling and you want to refrain from that in the future.
