Does not play with with Events Calendar plugin

  • As advertised, this is a lightweight minimal theme. If no don’t need bells and whistles, it will work for you. However, beware that the theme does NOT play well with The Events Calendar plugin by Modern Tribe. It is one of the more popular calendar plugins.

    The problem is front-end: it displays without javascript, apparently, which means it’s essentially unusable.     Out of the box, though, it will not work with that plugin.

    Second, if you’re looking for footer widgets, look elsewhere. There is only the sidebar.
