Does not play well with Divi

  • I use the Divi theme and two updates ago Forminator started causing severe problems with the divi builder. I’ve just loaded the most recent forminator update and now half the forms won’t display. I am done. I’m looking for a forms plugin that works, which is too bad, because I actually liked the way forminator works.

    UPDATE: I’ve tried quite a few other forms builders and none meet my needs like Forminator, so I’ve gone back and tried harder to get this working! I deleted the forminator folder and reinstalled the plugin, then deleted each divi text module containing the form shortcode, saved the page, then reentered the text module. That left just one form not displaying. I created a new form from scratch and that worked so deleted the apparently corrupted form. My only issue left is that the divi builder is still not working correctly on pages with forms, so I’ll work with divi to figure that out.

    So, five stars for being the best forms builder for my needs, less one star for issues with divi.

    I’m sorry to hear that you had issues with Divi and recent Forminator updates, however, I couldn’t find similar reports even though we have quite a number of users of both Free and Pro version of Forminator running with Divi theme.

    Since the issue is not affecting all of the forms it could be that the Forminator is conflicting on something else on your installation, perhaps some script that is running on specific pages where forms are failing.

    It would be great if you could provide us with pages that have the forms with the issues and to provide us with export of your forms there so we can test them with Divi on our end and see what could be the issue here.

    Hi,
    i also have a problem with using the Formator in Divi theme. After a couple of openings of the page on which the Formator was used, the header on that page is completely distorted. The same thing happens when I try to refresh the page where the Formator was used. I don’t know if this is because the formator uses an Elementor, which is also installed. I don’t know if it’s possible to use a Forminator in a Divi theme using Divi builder. If so, I don’t know how. So I installed Elementor and I use a Formator through it.
