• When an account has both captcha and google auth enabled on it, after passing captcha and after entering the google auth, it always says ‘ERROR: Please solve Captcha correctly. ”

Disabling either of the plugins permits users to log in.

Not sure what the issue is.

  • Hi, do you have a cache plugin installed? If you do, have you allowed for both plugins to work in the login page?

Or maybe both plugins are not compatible with each other.

    Kind regards

I do not have a cache plugin.

    Yes I enabled both.

Maybe capthcha and google auth are incompatable with the latest 4.9 wordpress. It used to work….then the 4.9 upgrade came along and now they don’t. It doesn’t matter which captcha plugin is installed. Both fail with google auth.

I have not had a chance to test this plugin with WordPress 4.9.1. So I am not aware of any conflicts there might be with a captcha plugin.

Did you try to test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Sixteen or Seventeen? This would let you know if your theme is causing this issue or not.

    Kind regards

I tried that too. No change.

Did you also try the theme test with all other plugins except this one disabled?

sure did. I have two installations and i will bring up a third just for testing/debugging.
