Does not natively support GDPR regulations

    Generally I’m satisfied with hosting and service from Siteground but I’m disappointed with this plugin and their Email Marketing solution because I can’t use the native form which is missing a checkfield for consent which is required by GDPR i EU. I’m also missing a native double opt-in which also is required in several countries in Europe. Well – a workaround for the missing consent checkfield can be done with a (free) WPForm plugin so I will still consider to use Sitegrounds solution if I can find a way to solve the missing double opt-in.

    Hello @ivansoenderholm,

    We are in the process of implementing the consent input field in the form creation section. You can check the release notes of the upcoming plugin versions.
    Regarding the double opt-in functionality, I have reported it to the plugin developers and they will consider implementing it as well in some of the future plugin releases.
