Hello good day. After the last update, the images and advertising banners uploaded with the ading plugin do not load.
I have unchecked the option to cominar JS and CSS and I have managed to make the images on the web show, but the banners that customers pay for are still not seen.
    Could you help me? Thanks.

  • Getting similar results after the upgrade myself, although it’s the PayPal buttons that have disappeared, disabling Litespeed brings them back, kinda need a fix for this quickly guys as I reckon it’s probably not just us that’s affected ??
    Marko

Meant to add, most images, etc working for me, just the PayPal Checkout buttons not appearing which obviously means no sales!! ??

Disabling minify seems to work for me, no idea why this would cause the issue but if it helps anyone else or troubleshooting that’s the solution for myself ??

Actually this still messes up other stuff, the cart is now all over the place, basket qty’s don’t update and the cart appears empty when it isn’t, only on refreshing the screen does this then show the correct qty’s, etc – ajax perhaps, not sure but for now Litespeed has to be disabled until we hear about a solution.

It can only be solved by deactivating the plugin directly. What a disappointment.

there appears to be an issue with the ‘js settings’ page, specifically missing the bottom two options show on the wiki (https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/pageopt/#js-settings-tab )

If you look at your error console you’ll probably see ‘jquery not defined or something to that effect’ and a load of other errors.

Just turn off ‘load js deferred’ for now and clear your cache and the issue should go away!

    hopefully they fix this asap!

Very good!!!! By doing this it was solved. Thank you very much.
It does not load some google ads but the customer ones do.
    Thank you.

    You’re welcome ??

Unfortunately this still screws up other stuff, our basket for example, we add an item, go to the basket, increase the qty from 1 to 2 and although the basket page updates properly our mini basket in the header goes back to “0”. I think the update has broken a few things but hopefully it’ll be looked at soon before the masses realise it’s broken and we end up with thousands of threads all saying the same thing!.

    Well, confirmed.
The rollback to version 3.4.2 works perfectly.

Same here for paid banner ads – not working properly or not seen at all – first update that’s ever caused me an issue to be fair – hopefully a fix on the way

Thanks brendantay86 – turn off ‘load js deferred’ worked for me too

To see if there is any potential error when you operate cart or any other actions, you can just turn on developer tools, see if there is showing any JS error.

Do you mind to give v3.5.1-rc3 a try? In this version, I added a backward compatibility option JS Combine External and Inline default to OFF, which will give the sites which have been optimized in v3.4.2 better compatibility. That is to say, hopefully you won’t see any page layout broken when upgrading from v3.4.2 to v3.5.x anymore.

You can easily try it by LiteSpeed wp-admin menu Toolbox -> Beta Test, then type the latest commit link listed on https://github.com/litespeedtech/lscache_wp/commits/master . The v3.5.1-rc3 commit link is https://github.com/litespeedtech/lscache_wp/commit/f52ff583712ab748edf3366e74152473bc954671
