• The thumbnails don’t adjust to different image shapes (square, portrait, landscape) well. The images are cropped oddly.

    The developer reached out to me and helped me get setup with a different gallery template. The plugin is still a bit confusing to use (I didn’t even see there were multiple gallery templates until the developer pointed this out), but the plugin is helpful on our website.

    I am sorry you did not like the way we crop thumbnails on some of the gallery templates, but there are other gallery templates that keep the image aspect ratio, for example:

    Also thanks for your feedback about not knowing there were other templates – we can improve the UI to make this more obvious in the future.
