does not generate thumbnail in stateless mode

  • Hi,

    I tried to offload media from kinsta to GCS. if mode is stateless, thumbnail on my home page are gone. If I change to CDN mode, it is working. May I know what is the issue?

    Are these thumbnails registered with the WordPress Media Library or are they generated dynamically by a theme or plugin?

    If they are registered thumbnail sizes, then those files are probably missing on GCS and you simply need to regenerate the image.

    If they are dynamically generated by a theme or plugin, compatibility will be required to support them. You can request such compatibility on the project’s GitHub repository at https://github.com/wpCloud/wp-stateless/issues

    I think it is theme compatibility issue. I have regenerate the image and also clear the cache and disabled kinsta CDN.
