  • Likewise. Does not change category. Saw on another thread that I may need to allow cron jobs on from within my config file. Can you confirm?

Likewise, we have used this plugin for a few years now and have began seeing instances where the plugin fails to delete the post when the expiration date arrives.

Hi, could this come from WordFence firewall? He changed his method some time ago and it seems to coincide with the problems.

The plugin stopped working recently on my website as well. Any updates on a fix?

Hi, after much research I have a cron job to worry on my website. This seems to come from MainWP routines that have crashed my database (options table).

My host inquiry or because it can be a website attack.

    We wait and see…

    Hi,

POST NOT EXPIRE ON PANTHEON SERVER.
It is working on our local system but when we move the plugin file on pantheon server it is not working. can any one help me on this issue.

    Regards,
    Ajesh

Just discovered that mine has stopped working after years without issue.
    Disabled and re-enabled the plugin.
Called the /wp-cron.php manually and the expired posts have gone to draft.

Im not sure at this point if it was the disable and re-enable or running the wp-cron that was required.
I will have to wait and see if the next ones run automatically.

In my case the wp-cron.php file is not being run automatically.
I am going to set a cron job on the server to run it instead.

I’ll give that a shot, too.

Did anyone figure this out? I’m having the same issue.

i agree with sparkyboy22 – seems a problem of cronjob. if i go back to the expired posts and save them again they will gone.
anyway its better to set a cronjob, i used easycron, seems to be free.
