Does not even provide basic GDPR compliance

  • This plug-in will NOT make your website GDPR compliant. Simply showing a banner with links to your privacy policy and your terms and conditions is BY FAR not enough to meet even the basic requirements.

    Hi Martin. Sorry for any confusion with this. Clearly, GDPR compliance is about much more than having a banner on your website. However, this is a key part of GDPR compliance for most websites, which is why we refer to it as a GDPR banner. We’ll update the description to make it clearer that this is only part of the process.
