Does not download all emails

    Hi, i am having and issue when i tried to download the email list. I just download a few of the emails, and not the entire list. Do you know what can i do to download the total? If you see in the attached picture, i only get 12 emails when i download the file, while i have plenty more.

    Hi @agustinciar,

    We have noticed that this issue is happening and that it exports only the page that you’re currently on.
    It’s something our devs are already working on and it will be included in next release they are working on right now.

    Hi,

    I am facing a similar issue and it’s not even showing old email lists. Only showing from this month…i have not imported the previous email lists yet.

    Could you please help me recover all the email lists.

    Is there a way to access this database through our c-panel? If so, where is that file, and what is the name of it?

    It is very tedious and painful having to pull up every individual page in groups of ten and copying and pasting from there.

    Hi @raymond-force and @byronyo,

    I’m afraid that there’s no save file anywhere on the server as the values are saved in the DB, wp_hustle_entries_meta table to be precise.
    You can search for @ through that DB table and that should give you a list of all of your subscribers.

    Hi @wpmudev-support1 is there any update on this? Still i have the issue to download all the email list. When i click to download the file, it just does the ones on that page. It can take long hours to download all this way.

    The issue is being worked on for the next release devs are getting prepared, I’m afraid that I don’t have ETA of the release however, I hope we’ll see it live soon.
