Does not displays on same device

  • Hello,

    I want to know that is this plugin designed to appear only once on a device? Because while testing this on my phone I entered my email and spun it but after that try the spin wheel did not appeared on that same device again.

    I don’t want that to happen, I want the spin wheel to appear on my website after every time the page refreshes.

    I hope I was clear enough.

    It is because your rule setting to let the wheel appear after a certain action of customer. Please go to this plugin settings and adjust it

    Hi,

    I changed the timings but the wheel is still not displaying on my website.

    I can’t attach an image, otherwise I took a screenshot to show you that I set the timings to 2 Seconds for “When finishing a spin, show popup again after”.

    Please tell me what to do.

    Hi,

    I checked my dev site on PC and mobile and the lucky wheel shows as it should in the settings. Please check again in the general setting, check the Delay between each spin of an email option. Check the Popup tab, the “When finishing a spin, show popup again after” option.

    Clear all browser caches and check again.

    Hi,

    I changed the timings for “Delay between each spin of an email option” to 2 seconds & I also changed the timings for “When finishing a spin, show popup again after” to 2 seconds also, but again after it’s not visible on my website.

    And yes I cleared my browser cache.

    Please guide me on what to do.
