Does not display in Mobile phone

I’m a Divi Theme user. I’ve been searching for a plugin that will hide comments unless visitor chooses to display and the ‘when clicked’ option works perfect!!! On desktop and tablet that is – but for some reason not showing in mobile phone. The comment button displays but when clicked/tapped does not load comments as it does on desktop and tablet. I would love to use but need this issue resolved.
