The plugin blocks the Google Analytics cookies allright when choosing decline, but not fx Youtube cookies like GPS and PREF cookies. Is it possible to block these cookies as well somehow?

The plugin is supporting Google Analytics right now. It will support other services soon. It will support YouTube videos as well.

OK – how soon? I consider buying this plugin for my own sites and my clients…but only if it will be able to:
    1. Delete/block all cookies when Cliked on decline.
    2. AND hopefully – will be able to make a page showing cookies with descritions, so i do not have to write a lot myself describing every single cookie.

Thx for making this plugin available. Cookiebot is way to expensive for me.

I will have time in the summer, so June-July is a good bet.

    1. It will never be able to block/delete all Cookies.
    2. It is impossible to have clear description for all Cookies. I just added a shortcode to the latest version (10.0), that can list all actual cookies, that the visitor has.

Yes, Cookiebot is expensive. My plugin is a good alternative, but I’m alone in the development, so it is time to catch all Cookiebot features.

OK – Thank you for your quick answer.
Will it be able to block/delete cookies from fx Facebook, Google, Youtube and other typical cookies? Most sites uses only a few plugins with cookies like Facebook or GA, but some elemnets like Youtube or Vimeo might make coookies on their own.
Keep up the good work. I consider supporting you by buying some licenses… ??

YouTube and other third party services use their own method to add the cookies. But as you see with Cookiebot, there is a solution for this. My solution will be identical, so you need to use some custom codes.

    Surbma –

My solution will be identical, so you need to use some custom codes.

Does this mean that your plugin will soon have the ‘custom code’ that you refer to in the post above for YouTube and other 3rd party services then?

    Thank you !!

@fourwhitesocks Yes, it will support 3rd party services. The first step will be a custom code field, where any script can be added and it will be loaded dependently on the users choice. I want to add YouTube video support as soon as possible, but I think it won’t happen in the next 1 or 2 months. I do my best to make this plugin more and more useful for everyone.

That is great news! Sounds great, keep up the great work! Will there be a notice on your site about when that feature becomes available?

@fourwhitesocks All the features are listed here, in the WP Plugin repo site. So you need to check this in August, September:
