Does not Customer Profile Photos

    We use “Customize My Account Page For Woocommerce” which allows customers to upload their own photo. However, even after a customer does that, it still does not show next to their comment/review. Is there another solution or workaround for that?

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    Can you please check the Profile Picture on their profile (admin area > Users > Edit a user) updated when using that plugin? If the Profile Picture is updated, their photo will display in the reviews section.

    Thank you for the response. Yes, the plugin we use to update the profile picture does in fact update the profile picture under admin area > Users

    Can you please share some screenshots of the user profile picture and a review of that user on your site?
    If you deactivate our plugin, does this issue resolve?

    Sure, please find attached a screenshot of the user photo showing on the admin, and another without it showing on the reviews.
    Also no, it doesn’t show if I deactivate plugin.

    So you can see that the issue relates to the plugin “Customize My Account Page For Woocommerce” itself. Please contact the plugin support to ask for help with this case.

    We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If you still require any help, please start a new forum topic.
