Does not connect to activitypub

    Please help me
    Wordpress installed at root of domain
    I have installed ActivityPub and WebFinger and edited .access file (is path to public_html proper replacement for “blog”?). Yet when I search for xxxxxxxxxx in friendica and mastodon I get “no results”.

    All OK BUT I’m ashamed of how I did it.
    Exported xml file
    Deleted my wordpress blog
    Installed ZAP (cause it’s quick and EZ) with SAME USER NAME
    Fully completed the Profile with images
    Went to a Mastodon site I never use anymore searched @name@site url
    VOILA that ID is on the Federation.
    Deleted the ZAP installation
    Restored my original WP blog (same user ID) with the required activitypub Plugins
    Went to a Mastodon site I DO use searched and connected very well, since I had restored all of my content ALL of my posts went to the Mastodon site immediately.
    It took maybe 2 hours a small percentage of the time I’ve been trying to work it out to no avail.
