Does not change the size in wordpress installed locally on the computer and with

Good afternoon! I am trying to migrate the .wpress file to www.remarpro.com which is installed locally on my computer. In this case “I don’t have a provider”. It is for use locally on the computer only. It turns out that the maximum upload is 300mb and the .wpress file is 570mb. I installed it and tried to increase it to be able to install (I went to 1GB), but the application is showing the following error, as shown in the attached images. And it appears that in the “provider” the maximum size would continue to be 300mb. Could you suggest a solution to me? Thanks!
