  • Didn’t work. Then worked. Now doesn’t work again.

    Can’t understand problem. Maybe WP 4.4.2 update?

    Works for me now. Don’t know why it didn’t work earlier.

    Also, the shortcode [youtube-live] works now (without adding the extra space).

    When channel is not broadcasting, it does not display the player or anything so the place is empty.

    Does not appear to work

    Tried it according to the instructions but doesn’t work.

    Video streams on Youtube and shows that event is live on channel page but nothing shows where the plugin shortcode is embedded!

    UPDATE:
    Settings > YouTube Live options page says:
    “Copy & Paste this shortcode into a page or post: [youtube-live]”
    However, the correct code appears to be [youtube -live]

    Now the player appears but doesn’t play even when the video is streaming live on Youtube.

    Instructions for this plugin are incomplete, especially the part about YouTube Data API Key.
