Does not add image from video

This plugin is missing a very basic function. Manually adding a image for the video should be optional. But at a minimum it should grab a frame from the video and automatically use it. Also there is no button to link to the media gallery. One has to remember the file name or upload the file to the media gallery first. Then upload the image and remember both file names/paths and manually add it to the field when adding a video.
