I’m interested in using NanoSupport to support our organization and its website. The organization already hands out basic WordPress user accounts for access to “Members Only” pages, and we’d rather not add a second database of users.

Can NanoSupport (or does it by default) use the same user database to track its tickets? In other words, if someone logs into their WordPress account to see the site’s “Members Only” section, and then click on a NanoSupport “New Ticket” link, will they already be authenticated to NanoSupport? Or, would they need to create new identities for NanoSupport ticket tracking?

Thank you for your interest in NanoSupport.

NanoSupport completely supports the default WordPress features and is completely written on the native WordPress’ way. It’s using the WordPress user base and assigning special capabilities for the plugin. (No need to add any other database or anything, just plug it in and activate ??)

    BTW
Without knowing the “Members Only” thing of your site, I can’t say firmly that, it will work the way you mentioned.

But I can say confidently that, if your “Members Only” thing conforms with the WordPress’ way, NanoSupport will definitely work (inshaALLAH) the way you mentioned.

But, we’ll always recommend a test environment for your site to test the plugin first with the code your site has and after proper testing, any plugin should be used on the production environment.

If you have any further query, feel free to ask.
    Thank you.
