Does media replacement regenerate other image sizes?

    Does media replacement regenerate the various image sizes that wordpress generates on upload (thumbnails, medium, large)?

    @many7 yes it does. The old image, along with the generated sizes will be deleted. The new image will take it’s place and then the various sizes for it will be generated. The new image’s generated sizes (and thus file names) will not be the same if the dimension / height-width ratio between the old and new image is not the same. You can observe the various sizes using the Utilities >> Image Sizes Panel module.
