Does Jetpack use any heuristics in calculating traffic?

    I’m not familiar with Wassup and WP_Statistics, but Jetpack Stats will exclude all visits from logged in users by default. That includes your own visits, for example. This often explains differences between Jetpack Stats and other analytics tools.

    If you’d like to start counting your own visits, you can change your Stats settings by going to Jetpack > Settings in your dashboard, and clicking on “Configure” next to the Stats module.

    Jetpack Stats also excludes visits from bots and crawlers; that might also create differences with the 2 other tools you’re using at the moment.
