Does it work? YOAST migration issue
-
After using YOAST for several years, I decided to try your plugin. Everything went extremely smoothly, but I don’t know if it works properly.
- I used the extension to import data from YOAST. It seems to me that everything went smoothly. I did not note any errors. I then uninstalled the extension. The problem is that the panel still shows a message:
“The SEO Framework detected metadata from Yoast SEO. Whenever you are set, read our migration guide.”
Shouldn’t SEO Framework automatically remove YOAST entries from the database? Or should I ignore this message? - The second problem seems strange. Nowhere in the site’s source code can I find mention of your plugin. I’m referring to this piece of code:
!– / The SEO Framework: stworzone przez Sybre Waaijer | 11.72ms meta | 3.90ms boot –>
I use Litespeed Cache to create the cache. I see the mentioned piece of code when I turn off Litespeed Cache, however, when I turn it on, it disappears. Can you confirm that your plugin works then? I really need that caching plugin.
One of the options of Litespeed Cache is to defer execution of java script. Maybe this is some kind of problem? Maybe some script I should exclude? Thanks for clearing up my doubts!
