does it work with wp rocket caching plugin and cloudflare?

    I wouldn’t know. It does enqueue the analytics.js-script using built-in WordPress-functions, so caching plug-ins should be able to pick it up and merge it into a single .js-file.

    I use autoptimize for minification and it works very wel.

    Why don’t you test it and tell me if it works? If it doesn’t, maybe together we can work out a fix. ??

    Should do. If you have any issues, just ensure that Rocket Loader is disabled in CloudFlare. You can also consider using the Cache Everything Page Rule if you want CloudFlare to cache static HTML too.
