Are you sure your Organization ID is correct? That’s usually the culprit when leads are not showing up.

Yep, entered the org ID like 5 times + removed and reinstalled. Still no leads.

I have used the desk.com widget to populate leads so I know external apps are working, if that helps.

I’ve tested the plugin on a trial account so that works.

I just tested it on my website and the leads went through.

Try checking the Today’s Leads screen.

The default Recent Leads screen doesn’t always show the most recent leads (you have to choose Recently Created from the drop down or you may just see recently Viewed Leads, which may not show leads entered by the plugin).

Ya, after some further digging, web-to-leads is not working in Sales Force either, looks like the issue is with SF.

    Sorry to be a bother.

Nick was exactly right. I have a developer account, the default “Leads” tab will not show the latest submissions automatically. I have to click “Go” to see the newly submitted leads.

+1 on the plug-in working on a trial account, worked like a charm the first time.
