    Thanks for reaching out and we’re sorry to hear you’re having issues connecting to the Google SMTP host using your client’s Google Workspace credentials.

    What comes to mind, is that you might not have generated an App Password. You can find step-by-step instructions on how to do that in this article. As you can see this is a necessary step in other SMTP plugins as well.
