Does it work with Freescout?

    Hey Matthias,

    we used your plugin for quite some time and really like it.
    Our support desk migrated to freescout. Unfortunately they don’t have a plugin and we are embedding the contact form via iframe into our WP-Page. Am I correct when I assume that GDPR is not working in this case?

    Am I correct when I assume that GDPR is not working in this case?

    This should not affect GDPR-compliance, as long as you don’t save user-related data, or data that could be used therefore.

    Do you have a specific concern on that?

    I am currently working on a platform-independent solution and I‘ll give you notice, as soon as this is available.
