Does it work retrospectively?

    Yes, lite version keep tracks all abandoned carts for logged in users. So if the cart was abandoned during payment, then it should keep a track of the same in the abandoned cart list.

    Hi,

    Abandoned cart lite plugin can capture the abandoned carts once the plugin activated for logged in users but can not work retrospectively.

    Please let me know for any further query.

    Hi,

    We are sorry for the miscommunication on the retrospective carts tracking part. The plugin only starts tracking the carts from the moment it is installed & configured.

    It does not have the ability to recover any past abandoned carts.
