Does it work for Facbook profile or just for pages?

Simple question that doesn’t seem to be simply answered anywhere I can find. Can I use a tab to show content from my facebook profile? I know there’s lots of references to “Facebook Page” but I don’t see anywhere that specifically says: “This plugin will not show content from a Facebook Profile”. Is this the case? Thanks.
