does it track clicks on anchor links?

Hi Folks,

At our site at the top right, we have a link:

<a href="#contact" id="contact-insight" ><img src="..." /> Connect</a>

which when clicked scrolls the visitor down the page to our contact form.

Note, because of the theme, the anchor is not added to the address in the address bar.

Does your plugin track clicks on this link?
