Does it log Menu Changes?

One of the issues I faced recently was the deletion of one of our menus, item by item (our administrator watched it live as it was happening). But since WordPress only logs modifications to pages and menus, finidng the culprit is no eay task, nor undoing the damage. Does your audit track these changes as well?
