Does it capture abandoned cart from Guest users?

    If it a customer adds a product to cart before logging in and then closes the browser, does this plugin capture that event? I would assume email and other details would show empty in the backend but do I as admin atleast get to see the cart items?

    Thank you for your query!

    The plugin does not capture cart data if the customer hasn’t reached the checkout page. This is because the abandoned cart data is only logged when the customer provides their email address on the checkout page with other information.

    If a customer adds a product to the cart before logging in and then closes the browser without proceeding to checkout, the plugin will not capture or display any information, including cart items, as no identifiable data (like email or name) has been provided.
