Does it cache logged in users

I know there’s an option to serve Cache to logged in users, but does that option also mean that it caches logged in users? In other words, (if “Serve cached pages to logged in users is chosen) does this plugin cache logged out users, and then serves the cache to logged in users without caching those same logged in users, or when that option is chosen does it cache every user, both logged out/in
