I checked the site but the all image tags are blank.

Go to your site admin dashboard in Media Menu. Select each image one by one and add the Title & Alt for all image.

Hope that will fix.

Can’t you add it as a feature that all the images will use post title as Image title and alt, if its empty? Would be awesome.

I think this featured already in the plugin.

You can set this via plugin setting like:

1. Override Existing Image Title by –
%Site Name – It will insert Site Name.
%Image Name – It will insert Image Name.
%Post Title – It will insert Post Title.
%Post Category – It will insert Post Categories.
%Post Tag – It will insert Post Tag.

2. Override Existing Image Alt Attribute by:
%Site Name – It will insert Site Name.
%Image Name – It will insert Image Name.
%Post Title – It will insert Post Title.
%Post Category – It will insert Post Categories.
%Post Tag – It will insert Post Tag.
