Does it accept one-time PayPal payments?

There are paid extensions available for a simple PayPal setup as well as a WooCommerce linkage for selling specific WP-Members memberships through WooCommerce. But there is not a free extension available.

However, if you’re looking for a one-time payment (i.e. it does not expire), all you really need to do is hook your payment process to the wpmem_pre_register_data action. That would give you the opportunity to run an external process that once complete would either continue/complete the registration or return an error message.
