Does IF Menu allow control of Admin panel visibility?

When I go to the If Menu settings, at the bottom there is an option:

“Filter menu items in Admin panel”

With a tick box on.

This implies that If Menu can control the Admin panel visibility.

If so, how? I can literally find no place in the dashboard interface to add visibility to the admin panel. Nor in the Menu section.
