Does going premium solve my issue?

Dear sir/madam,

in my previous website I had an issue which redirected people to another website then mine when they clicked on the first hit in google when they search for my website.
Therefore I created a new website. Unfortunately I still have the issue in the news website. So therefore I installed Wordfence.
It didn’t solve the problem yet. So my question is.
Does this problem get solved when I signup for a premium account? Because I really need to have this problem solved.
