Does GMedia Resize

    My developer is loading 2 to 4 MB images to the media upload in WP and using Gmedia saying it will show an optimized image. Please help me understand if that is how it works. I cannot find info ANYWHERE on this. I need to understand how this plugin works and if I will be dinged on google for large files. Also I do not understand if I need to upload a certain dimension of images as well. Looks like he is using phantom

    Gmedia create images with max size of 2200×2200 and thumbnails with max size of 400×400, so it will not load the original images on the frontend and original images can be downloaded only when visitor click download button (if this button is enabled in the gallery settings).
