Does free local hosts like 000webhost.com works?

Free hosting is usually problematic – so it’s not recommended. That said, see this for info on installing WP:

My webpage is hosted on 000webhost.com. And it definately works. (adbray.vacau.com/wordpress/). But there are some issues. I can’t login right now, and I think that might be a problem related to the host 000webhost. I plan to move to a different host as soon as I can. You might want to think carefully before you put in a lot of work on a free hosting site.
