Does Folders work with Toolset Views?

I have Folders and Toolset activated on a blog. In the Folders settings, there is an option to use Folders with Toolset Views and Content Templates. If I check these boxes, the Folders sidebar doesn’t show up on the Toolset Views or Content Template pages. I was wondering if this error is because Folders can’t work with these Toolset objects, or if there’s something I haven’t done right in the setup. Thanks!
