Does exactly what is needed with Jquery Versions

Lite and Brite! As advertised on the label! Does just one thing, but does it really neatly and easily.

My immediate need was an issue with an older plugin version that is not an auto-update, requiring a licence update, etc. The latest WP version has made some change that stopped the plugin and having narrowed it down to a jquery issue, this plugin allowed me to tests various versions across jquery and jquery-migrate options. Changing only 3 combinations I identified a working solution in my dev site, rolled it out to the live site and saved a heap of grief.
