I wanted to make it so that subscribers must be logged in to view all posts.
There are lots of membership plugins out there, but most of them are just way too complicated to do just this one function.
From the screenshots, this plugin is obviously straight-forward, but I find watching a short video with an example is often more helpful. Since no links are allowed in this review, search YouTube for “Restrict WordPress content access w/ Content Control plugin” by PluginTut WordPress tutorials.
Anyone who wants to add a login/logout link to their menu should search for the Login or Logout Menu Item plugin by cartpauj. Goes perfectly with this.
