Does EVERY Admin's IP need to be added now to the whitelist?

Found out the hard way about being locked out of my own sites. Figured out I needed to wait to lockout was over, then go over to settings and add my IP to the whitelist.
Does this need to happen for everyone in the backend? Including editor, author, subscriber, and contributor?
