Currently non of my clients products have valid GTINs. In Shopify you have an option to set the product as a custom product to avoid your products being flagged by Google.

Does the Elite version give you an option to override Invalid Gtin issues or do you still need to buy/find GTINs?

  • When you make sure your products are being mapped to the proper categories (where GTIN’s are not a thing) then you should be fine indeed.

Thanks, so you can confirm with the Elite version, as long as the other categories are mapped and even if I don’t have GTINs, it will solve the invalid GTIN issue?

When it comes to the PRO and Elite version there is no difference in how it handle’s GTINs, the identifier_exists and the category mapping.
