Does Caldera Form suppports video file upload

  • We are using Caldera forms from a page where each user can post his/her ‘best practice’ methodologies. The user will also upload files, which are images, PDF, pptx, word docs, and also VIDEO files.

    All types file upload goes smoothly but we do face problems when user tries to upload the video files. The forms submit process just hangs. Though after some time we do see the files in the database.

    Caldera documentation talks only about uploading all kinds of file except video files.

    Does Caldera Form supports video file upload?

  • Hi Raich,
    Unfortunately having a similar issue.
    Uploading video files cause the form to hang indefinitely and it wont let me attempt anything else.
    Video never appears in database for us though.
    Docs, xls, ppt various image file types all work fine as they do for you.
