does anyone know of a user video upload plugin?

i want my users to be able to upload a video which i can then moderate and decide if to add it to the site.

i thought of using youtube direct, but there are restrictions regarding advertisement which i find irritating.

it doesn’t have to be a free one, i’ll pay.

i would rather not have to mess around with the youtube clone scripts, since they require specific server settings and a lot of knowledge which i do not possess…
