Does anyone know of a popup plugin that allows you to pass parameters?

There are a zillion popup plugins. But I need one where I can pass parameters to the popup as it needs to create dynamic content. Otherwise I would be forced to create a popup for each possible set of parameters which is a nonstarter. Many allow you to do fancy things in the popup but without parameter passing it won’t work for me. Any ideas?
