Does anyone actually support WP Knowledgebase?

Ive installed the plugin and the installation says a page ‘Knowledgebase’ will be created – It isn’t.
I create the page myself and put the shortcode in as mentioned in the Installation section of the website.

I create categories and test articles within the plugin. I publish and view the Knowledgebase page.

All I have is a search bar – No Categories or articles listed.

Ive posted for help on an existing thread but received no feedback.

I really want this plugin to work successfully but apparently the developers dont want to provide support.

Shame.
