Does anybody actually get any support here?

    I was going to post a support query, but I cannot find a single topic where a GDPR Framework developer actually replied to a support query!

    In addition, this plugin has not been updated over the past 4 weeks and counting, meaning that many valid issues posted in this forum have not been addressed.

    Does anybody know if this plugin is still under development and backed by Codelight? I fear it is another instance of an abandoned WP project…

    Any elucidation on this matter would be greatly appreciated!

    I stand corrected, there are a number of queries which have received a timely and appropriate answer from the developer. However, it appears that the vast majority have not been attended to due to this being a side project for him, and that he shoulders the technical side of this project alone, without help from any other developers. A laudable effort indeed, but ultimately lacking if it means that this project cannot be kept current, with bug fixes and updates left undone for too long. I guess we’ll just have to see how this project pans out. In the meantime, I’ll be evaluating a couple of other GDPR plugins in the WordPress Plugins Repository that also sound promising, and which seem to be updated more often.

    I completely understand your concerns regarding the lack of updates and support here. We’ve had an extremely busy period and I haven’t been able to handle technical support for a few weeks. However, we have long-term plans for the plugin and will definitely not abandon it. Resolving support queries might occasionally take a while, though, as we also have other work to do ??
