Does Anti-Spam Bee track individuals across websites?

no, there is no central database (like Akismet or Cleantalk is using). We just implement a honeypot and other local features to prevent spam. No tracking.

There are some features (like the language detection) that involve data send to other servers, but it is documented what data is send and it is no personal data. Furthermore these options are off by default and optional.
